2016 has started its countdown with many unbelievable statistical, social, economic, geographical, technological changes around the globe. Many of them were positive but there were negative ones too. Change is the nature’s constant. Just as earth’s geography keeps changing, man, too, keeps working from good to better and nothing satisfies him as much as the best. What never changes however is the demand of entertainment, specially movies.

Hollywood is the home of U.S. film Industry which is known for its masterpieces all around the world. Like every year 2016 embellished many Gems in the Crown of Hollywood Box Office but as the other side of the coin, some hearts got broken on the unexpected response of some movies.

Hollywood Movies which are distinguished and famous for their action, also have benchmarks in love Stories, adventures and relatable human stories even in animation. The Movies which took over the Box Office in 2016 are, Captain America, Zootopia, Deadpool, La La Land, Batman vs Superman, the Jungle Book, Suicide Squad, Finding Dory, Rogue One and many more. Following are the top 2016 movies worth mention and a must watch for movie lovers.

Captain America: Civil War

Captain America is the well-known sci fiction/ action series famous for its characters Captain America (Chris Evans), Iron Man (Robert Downey), Bucky (Sebastian Stan), Black Widow (Scarlett Johansson) and Wanda Maximoff (Elizabeth Olsen). The new sequel of the series released on April 27th and revolved around the dispute in the main crew when Avenger’s action caused collateral damage in the world. Each of the character opts to choose a path that separates their path and leads to a face off of epic proportions. The movie has generated $1.132 Billion U.S. leading the rest of the year’s movies on Box Office.

Deadpool

Deadpool earned $760.3 Million U.S on Box office. The sci-fiction/ action film released on January 21, directed by famous animated movie maker Tim Miller. If you also mistakenly took this as a simple vigilante movie, then rethink and watch it now. The story shows the struggle of protagonist Wade Wilson when an evil scientist Ajax lured him into an experiment for curing his incurable disease but tortured and transformed him into Deadpool. This experiment gives him extra ordinary powers including healing powers and a twisted sense of dry humor with which he avenges Ajax.

Finding Dory

Disney Pixar’s Finding Dory arrives back on the big screen with everyone’s favorite characters. Dory has lived on her own. As a kid, she got separated with her family and later she joined Marlin in his adventure journey when he was searching his son Nemo in the previous franchise. After a year of this trio’s reunion, Dory starts recalling her childhood memories which she had forgotten due to short-term memory loss. And so, the adventure begins. The film released on June 8 and earned $1.027 billion U.S.

Rogue One: A Star Wars Story

This new sequel of blockbuster film series Star Wars just released this month, 14 December. The film depicts that a former research scientists, Galen Erso, was happily living with his family when Orson Krennic takes him away with him to lead engineers to prepare the most powerful weapon in Galaxy. Jyn Erson, Galen’s daughter knows how destructive her father’s work can be. So she decides to work with a Rebel Alliance, stealing plans for Death Star. So far the film is running successfully in cinemas and has crossed $200 million.

Zootopia

Another animated adventure piece, Zootopia released on February 10. This 3D animated comedy adventure by Walt Disney Pictures earned $1.024 Billion. The plot shows that Zootopia is the mammal world where all the animals live happily and cooperate with each other even the predators. Judy Hopps, a bunny barrow becomes the first rabbit police officer in Zootopia. The adventure begins when she notices that enforcing law is a tough job and her work turns out to be even more difficult when she finds Nick Wilde, a wily fox.

Ups and downs are the traits of Box-office, which totally depends on the audience but what remains unchanged is the crowd outside the cinemas there windows can be different but they all are Movie Lovers because todays stress full life has weakens the imaginative powers of people which seems to be refreshing in the theatres.
